I am an SAP consultant, but I want to transition into the new IT field of Python development. I have 10+ years of experience in solving business problems, not only in SAP but also in other areas. Lately, at my current job, I have been involved in developing an AI model for business based on the RASA framework. I also regularly prepare analytical reports in Jupyter Notebook based on various data from the databases available to me about the support team's performance, with the aim of identifying insights that help increase the team's efficiency. My key strength is attention to business needs and timely provision of IT solutions that comply with ITIL standards. Although I see the main direction of my career as my development as a specialist, for a deeper understanding of business needs from IT products, I completed the GoPractice! course on product management. As an experienced developer, I am preparing thoroughly for the transition to a new field:
