Videoly is an international company based in Helsinki, Finland. Our solution enables online retailers to automate the discovery and embedding of product videos. We’re also providing a solution for brands to streamline the distrbution of their video content to online retailers. Our team is spread across eight countries. We’ve enjoyed steady growth over the past few years and we aim to accelerate it even further. And we need you to help us achieve this!
Sales Engineers at Videoly own the technical support of our products from all angles — whether it’s a question about product integration coming from a prospect or a discussion with developers on a new feature that’s being built. You’ll also get to use your programming and analytical skills by helping customers get the most out of our solution and developing the internal toolset and processes
- Configuring customer accounts for new and onboarding customers
- Assisting the sales team, prospects and customers with any technical questions
- Assisting the onboarding of new customers, ensuring they’re using the tool in the most efficient way
- Assisting and co-operating with the development team as you have the best knowledge of how customers and end-users are interacting with our solution
- Developing scripts and internal tools to optimize our workflows
- You are an open-minded person who enjoys communicating with others
- You can dive into and understand complex processes, yet can explain them in an easy-to-follow way
- Have fluency in English and Russian (our tech team speaks mostly Russian)
- Understand the basics of front-end development and key principles of building a great UI
- You are familiar with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Understand product development principles and can contribute to them
- You are responsive and proactive, always willing to help your colleagues and ready to own your area of responsibility
